A friendly atmosphere with small hiccups

The hotel had a beautiful lobby, and I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning decor. The receptionist spoke fluent English, making communication easy and enjoyable. The room was spacious, and the good air conditioning helped me stay comfortable during my visit.

Unfortunately, the iron provided did not work, which made getting ready for my outings a bit frustrating.

Inconsistent cleanliness in rooms!!! Dirty sheets and hair found in multiple rooms!!! Poor navigation to hotel due to insufficient signage!!!

Super clean, exceptional service, and great amenities made my stay memorable, notably the cozy Superior King Room with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night and the excellent breakfast buffet that offered a delightful start each day along with convenient access to transportation just 16 km from the main attractions.

Everything is what I need and want.

I appreciated the wide selection at breakfast. trying local delicacies was a treat. The restaurant served a range of delicious meals, and I enjoyed dining there. I faced some inconsistency with cleanliness. initially, the sheets weren’t quite fresh. The staff were nice and eager to help, showing genuine hospitality. One major downside was the poor navigation to the hotel. there weren’t many signs which made finding it challenging. I also noticed some noise from nearby maintenance work during my stay, which was a bit bothersome at times. Despite these issues, my stay was largely enjoyable thanks to the overall comfort and the attentiveness of the staff.

Super comfy stay with great staff

The staff were super nice and made me feel really welcome. They even helped me out with some cool local tips. The breakfast was pretty good too! Only thing was, the room service was kinda slow sometimes, which wasn't ideal, especially with the busy mornings. But overall, it was a nice and cozy place for us to chill.

Free wifi was excellent, and they provided a welcome drink which was nice. Iron didn’t work.

i had a great time at the hotel, it exceeded my expectations compared to previous stays in istanbul. the superior king room was spacious and cozy, allowing me to truly relax after a day of exploring. breakfast included freshly baked croissants and various organic juices, which were delightful!
